This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, storage, use, and security of your media and personal data.
1. Information We Collect
To provide our premium video editing services, we collect the following information:
- Contact Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you book a project, fill out an enquiry form, or contact us.
- Creative Media Assets: RAW video footage, photographs, audio tracks, vows, and scripts that you upload and share with us for post-production editing.
- Project Briefs: Wedding timelines, music choices, style preferences, and event schedules — especially for Express Premium bookings where same-day coordination is required.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information and media assets strictly for the following purposes:
- To edit and deliver your chosen package — whether that is a Same-Day Wedding Film (SDE), Same-Day Instagram Reel, Cinematic Wedding Film, Wedding Highlight Film, Instagram Reels & Social Media Edits, or any add-on service.
- To coordinate on-site for Express Premium same-day deliveries, which requires your wedding date, venue details, and event schedule in advance.
- To communicate with you regarding project updates, review rounds, and delivery schedules.
- To send you invoices, project briefs, and response emails to your enquiries.
3. Media Storage, Security & Backup
We implement rigorous technical security measures to protect your priceless memories:
- Secure Cloud Transfers: All footage transfers are handled through secure, encrypted cloud platforms like Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Dropbox.
- Local Offline Storage: Your footage is stored on secure, local hardware drives in our Bhubaneswar studio, protected against unauthorized access.
- Same-Day Project Data: For Express Premium bookings, footage recorded and edited on the wedding day is backed up immediately to our secure local drives upon completion of delivery, and treated under the same retention policy as all other projects.
- Data Backup Policy: We retain local backups of your completed wedding films for up to 90 days after delivery. After 90 days, we may permanently delete RAW files and project timelines to free storage capacity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Portfolio Showcasing & Promotion
We are extremely proud of the wedding films we edit, and showcasing our art helps other couples find us. However, we respect your choice:
- By default, we reserve the right to display edited highlight films, same-day reels, teasers, or screenshots on our official website, YouTube channel, and social media pages as part of our creative portfolio.
- If you prefer to keep your wedding private, please notify us in writing prior to starting the edit, and we will fully respect your privacy by not sharing any of your media publicly.
