By engaging WEDDUXE for wedding video editing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between WEDDUXE ("we", "our", or "the studio") and you ("the client" or "studio client").
1. Creative Briefs & Footage Submission
We work closely with you to bring your creative vision to life. To ensure a successful editing process:
- Footage Delivery: The client must deliver RAW wedding footage, timeline assets, and audio files via high-speed cloud transfer links (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) or local drive delivery.
- Project Brief: The client must provide clear instructions, song selections, style references, and highlighted event moments before we begin editing. Any preferences shared after editing has started may be subject to additional fees.
- Quality of Assets: We are not responsible for audio/video sync errors, blurred clips, or lighting issues present in the raw footage supplied to us.
2. Turnaround Times & Delivery
We take pride in our prompt deliveries while maintaining the highest luxury standards:
- Express Premium Package: Designed for same-day delivery. This includes a Same-Day Wedding Film (SDE), Same-Day Instagram Reel, and Instant Wedding Highlights — all delivered on the day of the wedding event itself. A confirmed booking and on-site coordination are required.
- Premium Package: Standard delivery timeline of 15 to 21 business days, covering the full Cinematic Wedding Film, Wedding Highlight Film, Instagram Reels & Social Media Edits, and Emotion-Focused Storytelling.
- Rush Delivery Add-on: Priority editing with guaranteed delivery in 48 to 72 hours, available as an add-on for any package at an additional fee.
- Project Delays: We are not liable for timeline extensions caused by client delays in uploading files, sharing briefs, or providing feedback during review rounds.
3. Revision Policy
To ensure you are fully satisfied with your wedding film, we include review rounds with our packages:
- Included Revisions: All packages include 1 to 2 revision rounds where minor cuts, text changes, or music adjustments can be made.
- Same-Day Deliverables: Due to the real-time nature of the Express Premium package, same-day edits (SDE, reels, highlights) are delivered as-is on the wedding day. Revisions to these specific deliverables may be requested post-event and will be treated as a standard revision round.
- Additional Revisions: Any revisions beyond the included rounds, or changes that deviate significantly from the initial project brief, will be billed at our hourly editing rate of ₹2,500 ($35 USD) per hour.
- Time Limit: Revision requests must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving the draft edit. After 14 days, the draft will be considered finalized.
4. Payment Terms & Bookings
To secure our editing schedule for your project, the following payment terms apply:
- Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the estimated project total is required before editing work begins.
- Express Premium Booking: For same-day delivery projects, full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the wedding date to ensure on-site coordination and resource allocation.
- Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before we deliver the final, un-watermarked high-resolution wedding film (1080p/4K).
- Cancellation Policy: If a project is cancelled by the client after editing has commenced, the 50% deposit will be retained by the studio to cover completed editing hours.
5. Portfolio Rights & Copyright
Unless a private NDA or privacy request is explicitly requested in writing and approved before booking:
- WEDDUXE reserves the right to use edited highlights, teaser reels, same-day reels, and selected frames on our website, social media, and portfolio channels to showcase our craftsmanship.
- The client retains full ownership of their raw media files, and we do not sell or share raw footage with third parties.
